Herons galore for several posts, post number one
On our vacation we visited Sweetwater Wetlands in Gainesville, FL. What a magnificent park! Cindy and I visited the park twice with some dear friends and we had a great time viewing a flock of roseate spoonbills and a gator feeding frenzy. I took a hundred or more pictures and was very excited to see so much wildlife in a natural setting. If we ever go to Gainesville again I'll definitely have this on the list of must see places. Most of the birds were actively feeding and they were having a feast which was very exciting to watch. The first picture is a tricolored heron.
